Excess donations can be for a specific purpose such as meeting activities (e.g., lunch, dinner the night before, bus or excursion expense, giveaways, etc.), or as a general expression of support for the Roundtable. All sponsors are recognized on our Sponsor Page and meeting materials. Sponsors who donate at least twice the suggested donation get special recognition as a Roundtable Partner. Sponsors donating beyond the suggested donation can arrange special recognition to meet their needs. Let us kow how we can reward your generous contribution.
Expenses for meetings and operations are largely paid by Roundtable Sponsor donations. We have just recently begun to charge a nominal fee to EHS managers to attend meetings. The registration fee is itended to cover the cost of meals and facility tours or social activities. Many EHS managers have contributed additional support the Roundtable. Put us in your budget and tell us what we can do with your generous support. You will receive a receipt instantly, and we will credit the amount of your contribution for future use of the Roundtable Classified Ads.
Sponsors may pay via Paypal, or send a check to "The Florida EHS Roundtable" 121 Windward Way Indian Harbour Beach". We will be happy to provide a W9 Form for your tax records.
Click on the charitable organization of your choice and contribute directly to that organization, then send us your receipt and we'll issue you the same amount as credit to use the Roundtable Classified Ads
